CUSTOM SUBLIMATION TRANSFERS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • 300 DPI PNG FILE (Transparent Background File) ONLY
  • H3 Designs reserves the right to decide to print an image. If we don't feel comfortable printing your image due to any standards we have set for ourselves as a business. If this occurs, we will reach out to you via email to discuss printing a different image or refunding your order.
  • H3 Designs will not print trademarked images to keep us both protected. 
  • H3 Designs is not responsible for unmatched ink colors. We print in CMYK so please ensure your files are in a CMYK format to ensure that the colors are as close as possible. 
  • H3 Designs is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY GRAMMATICAL ERRORS. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR FILES HAVE THE CORRECT SPELLING PRIOR TO EMAILING.

SUBLIMATION PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Roll a lint roller over your item to remove any loose fibers or lint. These fibers can turn blue during the process and are permanent.
  • Pre-press your garment to remove any moisture.
  • Press the transfer accordingly (at 400°F for 60 seconds with MEDIUM PRESSURE or follow the manufacturer’s directions).
  • Peel the transfer while it's still hot.
  • Ensure that the garments are made of at least 50% polyester or higher and are light-colored or white. For other blanks like mugs, ensure they are suitable for sublimation.
  • Press sublimation transfers on garments at 400°F for 60 seconds. Check the manufacturer's recommendation for pressing times if pressing other blanks.
  • It's recommended to use a heat press for these transfers.
  • DO NOT USE A TEFLON SHEET.
  • Cutting the transfer as close as possible to the design can help reduce the chance of transfer sheet marks.
  • Heat tape, available on Amazon, is useful for keeping the transfer in place during pressing.

Please note that transfers are printed on 13x19 inch paper. Images will be printed in size uploaded if not "special instructions" are noted. Customer is required to reach out to H3 Designs via email h3designs22@gmail.com with any questions prior to placing order. 

Refund & Exchange Policy

H3 Designs does not accept any exchange or refund orders that caused by any kind of problems of customers. 

Custom Prints: Custom prints cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of order being "customs". Please ensure that submitted artwork is free of grammatical errors and meets the required specifications outlined in the custom listings. We will contact you before printing if any issues arise with the artwork. If you choose to proceed with printing despite being informed of issues, you waive your eligibility for a refund.

Turn around time for Custom Sublimation Transfers  is 1-5 business days. (excluding holidays and weekends)
