ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

***Upload files ONLY with a transparent background this is ready to print artwork only. Images should be at least 300 dpi and big enough for image you want for quality prints.  We will not be held liable for poor resolution, pixelated or artwork images. Images are printed as they are uploaded and by completing purchase, you agree to this and will not hold H3 Designs at fault for your order if results are not as expected. In some cases, failure to supply a PNG file will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.*** 

Custom Koozies Policy: These are non-refundable. We will not refund purchases due to user errors. We will however replace defective transfers at the time they arrive if notified within 24 hours of arrival according to tracking. We will request photos of such defects to approve these claims. These are a no no chargeback, no refunds/final sale item with the exception of defects before on arrival.

**Customer can email artwork with their order # as subject, and H3 Designs will create proof for approval. Customer must give approval within 24 hours of being emailed to avoid order cancellation. If order is canceled, customer will be refunded order amount minue artwork time fee of $25 per hr.
