Custom GANG UVDTF Transfers

IF ARTWORK IS NOT UPLOADED THEN CUSTOMER MUST EMAIL H3DESIGNS THE ARTWORK USING ORDER# AS SUBJECT. ARTWORK MUST ALREADY BE LAID OUT IN ACCORDING TO SIZE SELECTED FILE (GANG SHEET)

If H3 Designs does not receive email with artwork within 24 hours of order, customer understands order will be canceled/refunded.

UV DTF Transfers are NOT for clothes, fabrics, garments. This is a hard surface print like a sticker, and you can apply to plastic, glass, wood, steel etc.. It is not a regular DTF transfers.

Transparency

Transparent or translucent gradient IS NOT recommended, it will lose it “blending” effect where transparency of 30-40% will start to break and create jaggy edges in your artwork because the printer will lay white under them thinking there is color there creating an effect like the one below.(How to fix the issue) Make the gradient more solid or remove it completely from the design.

Edge Quality

Check your artwork edge quality and make sure they are sharp enough and does NOT contain “dirty” colors resulted from badly removed background process. How to check the quality of the edges simply zoom in at 100% and if it looks like the image on the top the output will be like the image on the bottom.(How to fix the issue) You will need a higher resolution image or get the design vectorized by a designer.

***Upload PNG files ONLY with a transparent background this is ready to print artwork only. Images should be at least 300 dpi and big enough for image you want for quality prints. We will not be held liable for poor resolution, pixelated or artwork images. Images are printed as they are uploaded and by completing purchase, you agree to this and will not hold H3 Designs at fault for your order if results are not as expected. In some cases, failure to supply a PNG file will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.***

** UV Instructions:**
1. **Surface Preparation:**
  - Begin by cleaning the surface where you plan to apply the UV sticker. Ensure it is clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, grease, or any other contaminants. A clean surface is crucial for proper adhesion.
2. **Design Placement:**
   - Carefully plan the placement of your tiny UV sticker design. Use a pencil or a removable adhesive tape to mark the desired position on the material. This will help you ensure proper alignment and positioning.
3. **Sticker Removal:**
   - Gently peel the UV sticker from its backing sheet using your fingertips. If the design is particularly small or intricate, you might find tweezers helpful to handle it delicately.
4. **Surface Cleaning:**
Gently wipe the marked area on the material to remove any remaining residue and to create an optimal bonding surface.
5. **Sticker Application:**
   - Align the sticker carefully with the marked position on the material. Take your time to ensure perfect alignment, especially for tiny designs.
   - Slowly place one edge of the sticker onto the material, making sure it's perfectly aligned. Gradually lower the rest of the sticker onto the surface while smoothing it down with your fingers to avoid air bubbles.
6. **Air Bubble Removal:**
   - If air bubbles appear under the sticker during application, gently lift the affected area using your fingertips and smooth it out using a soft card or squeegee. Start from the center and work your way outward to push out any trapped air.
7. **Pressing and Bonding:**
   - Once the sticker is in place, press firmly along the entire design using a soft card or squeegee. This ensures proper contact and adhesion between the sticker and the material.
8. **Protection and Maintenance:**
    - To prolong the life of your UV sticker design, avoid exposing it to harsh elements like direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or extreme temperatures. Be gentle when cleaning the surface to avoid lifting the sticker.
Following these steps will help you achieve a seamless and long-lasting UV sticker application, even for tiny designs. Remember, patience and attention to detail are key to a successful application process.
